TO ITPE HEALTH & WELFARE SUMMARY PLAN DESCRIPTION


Effective February 28, 2008 that portion of the Summary Plan Description for the ITPE Health & Welfare Plan dealing with the subject of "Family Medical Leave" shall be amended by the addition of the following paragraph to be inserted after the description of the circumstances under which eligible employees are entitled up to twelve (12) weeks of unpaid leave:

"Effective February 28, 2008 the FMLA also provides that eligible Employees who are a spouse, son, daughter, parent or next of kin, are entitled up to 26 workweeks of unpaid leave to care for a "member of the Armed Forces, including a member of the National Guard or Reserves, who is undergoing medical treatment, recuperation, or therapy, is otherwise in outpatient status, or is otherwise on the temporary disability retired list, for a serious injury or illness."
